Discover Phở Huế

When you step into Phở Huế located at 14608 Hwy 99 Ste 310, Lynnwood, WA 98087, you’re immediately greeted by the unmistakable aroma of traditional Vietnamese cuisine. This cozy spot has been serving up some of the best phở in the area, drawing both locals and visitors alike. The moment you walk in, you're transported to a place that feels both familiar and exciting, where each bowl of phở tells a story of culture, tradition, and passion.

The menu at Phở Huế is straightforward but offers a delightful variety of phở options, with the star of the show being, of course, their signature phở. You’ll find all the classic options like phở bò (beef) and phở gà (chicken), each prepared with a rich, aromatic broth that's simmered for hours to achieve the perfect balance of flavors. The beef in the phở bò is always tender and thinly sliced, while the chicken in the phở gà is juicy and perfectly cooked, offering a comforting, hearty bowl.

But what makes this place truly stand out is the delicate balance of the broth. It's not too salty, not too bland-just the right amount of savory depth that comes from slow-cooked bones, herbs, and spices. The fresh herbs and lime that come with each bowl add an extra layer of freshness, giving every spoonful a pop of flavor. The addition of hoisin sauce and sriracha provides an option for those who like a little kick in their meal.

If you're not in the mood for phở, don’t worry-there are plenty of other mouthwatering dishes to try. Their bánh mì sandwiches are a favorite, packed with fresh vegetables, your choice of protein, and a crispy baguette that’s just the right texture. The spring rolls are another must-try, with a crisp exterior and fresh ingredients inside that pair beautifully with the tangy dipping sauce.

Phở Huế also offers excellent service that feels warm and genuine. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your experience is nothing short of enjoyable. Whether it’s your first time here or your tenth, they always make you feel like a valued guest.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is casual and welcoming. It’s the type of place you can pop into for a quick meal, or sit and relax for a while. With its simple décor and comfortable seating, it’s perfect for a cozy lunch or a dinner out with friends or family. It’s clear that Phở Huế is a local favorite, with people constantly coming in to satisfy their cravings for a comforting, flavorful bowl of phở.

For anyone new to the area, it’s easy to see why Phở Huế has earned its spot as one of Lynnwood’s top dining destinations. Whether you're a long-time lover of Vietnamese cuisine or trying it for the first time, the experience here is memorable, and the flavors will have you coming back for more.

The location itself is quite convenient, making it an ideal stop for anyone traveling along Highway 99. Whether you’re on a lunch break, heading home after work, or just out exploring the area, Phở Huế is always ready to provide a delicious meal that satisfies both the stomach and the soul.

  • The bun bo hue was THE BEST I ever had. The broth was complex and flavorful. The noodles was the right level of softness but not falling apart. Meat was tender and so much variety of different cuts. I will definitely come back for more. I didn't have pictures because I was too busy enjoying it!

  • So far our new go-to pho restaurant when in thr area. Soup base alone tastes better than other pho restaurants we've been to.

  • It used to be Pho Han. I think it recently changed to a new owner. I went there because it was close to my house, and I noticed a change. The interior was clean and the food was served in a clean, modern style. The waitress was really, really friendly, which made me feel good. One thing that was a bit disappointing was that I ordered large and the portion size was a little small. Other than that, all the food was delicious. Next time, I'll have to order an X-large :)

  • the bun bo hue is very good. The portion and different cuts of the meat also as the noodles and veggies are generous and tasty. The broth is spicy but sweet with the flavor of the lemongrass made you feel so eager to eat it all of the whole bowl.

  • Summary: This Vietnamese pho restaurant is truly a hidden gem and incredibly underrated. The food is fresh, the flavors are balanced, and the experience is well worth it. Having been here twice now, I can confidently say I’ll be back for more. If you’re looking for a great pho spot, this is it! Ambience (4.5/5): The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, a great place for a comforting bowl of pho. It’s not overly crowded, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your meal without the rush of other diners. The interior is simple but functional, with a cozy vibe. Authenticity (5/5): The pho here is on point! The noodles are perfectly firm, never soggy, which is key to a good bowl of pho. The broth is incredibly flavorful without being salty, so you can actually taste the depth of the soup without feeling overwhelmed by MSG. My wife got the spicy pho, and she loved it too. The egg rolls were solid—maybe not homemade, but still delicious and a good portion size. Flavor (5/5): The flavors were well-balanced, especially in the broth. It wasn’t salty, which is refreshing compared to other places where too much MSG can overpower the dish. You can really savor the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. The egg rolls were a nice addition, though the pho is definitely the star of the show. Cost (5/5): For the quality of the food, the prices are very reasonable. Given the fresh ingredients and generous portions, it feels like a great value, especially considering how underrated this place is. Service (5/5): Service was friendly and efficient. Even though it wasn’t very busy, the staff made sure everything was smooth and quick, making our experience enjoyable. They were attentive but never rushed us, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Tips for Visiting: 1. Definitely try the pho—the broth is flavorful without being overly salty, and the noodles are cooked perfectly. 2. The egg rolls are a solid side, but the spicy pho is a must if you’re into a bit of heat. 3. This place is underrated, so it’s never too crowded—perfect for a relaxed meal. Don’t forget to share the love and bring more people here!

  • Our first time for dinner. Was outstanding. I had Pho and wife had a vermicelli bowl. Both great taste. The ladies in the place were very nice. I would highly recommend as we just found our new Pho place.
